Are items on hand?
Yes! All items are in stock and ready for pick up or shipping. All avaliable styles and sizes are posted on the website.
Where is my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days by USPS. Tracking numbers are sent out via email. Please check your spam folder for this email
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Exchanges only are accepted. Please read the description and measurements carefully before purchasing as we do not accept returns. Notice of exchanges must be done within 3 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange the item must have all the tags still on and unworn. We will gladly exchange the product for something else on the website that is equal to or lesser value. Note we require items being exchanged be sent back in the same condition is was sent. If not the exchange will not be granted. Shipping fees are customers responsibility.
Does my store credit expire?
No it does not expire! You will be given a code that you can use on your next order with us
Do you offer any discounts ?
We offer student and military discounts with a valid ID. 10% discount requires a code. If you are needing shipping please email us at email@example.com with a picture of your qualifying ID card with the subject ‘Student/Military Discount Code’ and we will respond with a discount code. Discounts can not be combined with other sales or offers.
Lush The Collection is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. If your tracking information states your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it you must contact United States Postal Service directly 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be filed as a claim through USPS.com
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel please contact us asap at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once items are shipped we can not cancel your order
